Dutch Hollow Golf and Country Club Tournament Services

Golf Shop- Fully stocked with the latest line of equipment including clubs, balls, gloves, shoes, and featuring the latest in fashion apparel. Gift certificates are available for your outing. Upon request the Pro Shop will remain open late to allow our guests to redeem their certificates. Discounts are available depending on size of purchase. Order your custom balls, shirts and Tournament favors at a Discount Prices! Call Dutch Hollow for prices!

Practice Range: Range Tokens can be purchased for $ 3.00 a basket or for a flat fee for your entire group. Call for Pricing.

Golf Lessons & Clinics - are available from our PGA staff. 30-40 minute instructional clinics include: golf fundamentals, visual aids, ball flight principals & exhibition, golf course strategy and a question and answer period. Cost per event is $1 per person. (Min. $50.00).

Carts - A late model fleet of gas carts with tops and name plates. Driver must be 18 years of age.

Beverage Cart NO PERSONAL COOLERS ALLOWED you may purchase product from Dutch Hollow for your group or make arrangements for a cash beverage cart to be available for your group.

Rental Clubs - we have in stock; 5 full right handed sets, 2 lady sets and 2 full left handed sets available. (Each player must have a set of clubs.)

Games Set Up - For Long Drive & Closest to the Pin markers furnished upon request: Putting Contest Set Up is also available. See Pro Shop Work Sheet for Choice and return as soon as possible. Games are a fun part of the tournament, but it also may slow up play, please make your measurements and recording in a timely manner.

Scoring - The Pro Shop staff is available to assist with your scoring or provide you with the materials to do your own scoring. A scoring board is located in the tournament registration area or in upstairs dinning room.

Dutch Hollow Golf and Country Club Tournament Policies & Procedures

Group Size: A request for 20 players or more will be considered a group. 20 person minimum for all golf cart and banquets except Pkg 4- (Roast Beef and Chicken) minimum number is 32 for that package. The Club reserves the right to modify a start method if any group registers fewer players than originally booked

Group Deposits: To hold reserved tee time and tournament dates a non refundable deposit of $ 200.00 is required. The deposit will be posted as a credit towards the total amount due for your tournament.

Guarantee: The minimum number of players and meals must be provided to Dutch Hollow Country Club 10 days prior to your event. This number becomes the guarantee for the event.

Golf Packages Price: Require Full Payment / Discounts are not allowed for missed meals

Payment: Payment in full is due the day of the event. Please write one check for payment of charges we do not accept third party checks.

Tax Exempt Status: All tax exempt organizations must provide a tax exempt certificate with the state sales tax exempt number prior to the event. Without this certificate, the organization is responsible to pay sales tax.

Inclement Weather: Due to inclement weather on the reserved tournament date, groups may elect not to play and reschedule – every attempt shall be made to complete meal plans. If the group elects to start play in inclement weather or are caught on the course by inclement weather there will be NO refunds: however rain checks will be issued. Inclement weather is classified as; heavy rain or thunder and lightning. Wind is generally not considered as inclement weather. Once the tournament begins any meal plans will be carried through to conclusion.

Pace of play: complete all rounds of golf within the time frame set forth by DHCC

Rules (recommended)-
USGA rules apply except when amended by local rules. Male tournament contestants play from the white tees, Ladies play from the red tees. You may improve your lie in you own fairway only. All rocks defining cart paths are considered immovable obstructions and you are given free relief.

Alcoholic Beverages: inform all participants that All Alcoholic Beverages must be purchased on-site at Dutch Hollow. Volume discounts are offered NO Personal Coolers Allowed

Damage to property: Assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, carts or facility by members of the group

Dress Code: Players are required to meet Dutch Hollow Country Club's dress code. This includes traditional golf attire. The following prohibited: muscle shirts, tank tops, T shirts, cutoffs, swimwear, sweat pants, gym shorts, shorts above mid length, soccer type shoes, shoes with knobby cleats, or shoes with sharp edges. Soft spikes are required.

From the East (Syracuse): Take the Route 5 West bypass off 690 near the Fair grounds. Go west on RT. 5 to Route 321 turn left (south on route 321) proceed to Skaneateles to the intersection of RT. 20 turn Right (west on Route 20). At the intersection of RT. 20
& RT. 41A turn Left (south). Go South on 41A for 1.4 miles to Benson Rd (bear Right). Dutch Hollow is 4 miles South of the RT. 41A & Benson Rd intersection on the Right.

From Northwest (Rochester, Buffalo): Thruway take exit 40 (Weedsport) Take RT. 34 south to Auburn. At the intersection of RT. 20& 34 (Holiday Inn & OTB) turn left on to RT. 20 E for 2 blocks – look for signs for RT. 38A (Right). Approximately 9 miles on RT. 38A Turn left on Benson Rd. Dutch Hollow is 1/2 mile on your left.

From South: Off of Route 81 at Homer Exit Take 281 North for 2 miles to RT. 41 to 41A North. Follow RT. 41A to Mandanna. Turn left on Route 359 (at the Mandanna Inn). Look for Lacy Rd on your Right about 1 mile. Lacy road ends at Benson Rd turn left onto Benson Rd and Dutch Hollow is on your right at bottom of hill.

From Southwest (Ithaca): Route 34 north. Take Route 34N to State Route 90 which will take you to Locke and Route 38. Take 38 north to Moravia and Turn Right on RT 38A. Look for Benson Road on your right as you approach the Owasco hamlet. Turn right on Benson Road (1/4mile).
